008、A doctor's feeling 醫生的愛
A doctor entered the hospital in hurry after being called in for an urgent surgery.
一名醫生在接到緊急手術的電話通知後，趕緊進入醫院。
He answered the call asap, changed his clothes and went directly to the surgery block.
他儘快接聽電話，換了衣服，直接去了手術室。
He found the boy's father pacing in the hall waiting for the doctor.
他發現那個男孩的父親在大廳裡踱步，等著醫生。
On seeing him, the dad yelled: “Why did U take all this time to come? Don't U know that my son's life is in danger? Don't U have any sense of responsibility?”
孩子的爸爸看到他後，大聲吼道：「你為什麼要這麼久才來？難道你不知道我兒子的生命有危險嗎？你有沒有責任感？」
The doctor smiled & said: “I am sorry. I wasn't in the hospital, and I came as fast as I could after receiving the call. And now, I wish you'd calm down so that I can do my work.”
醫生微笑著說：「我很抱歉，我不在醫院，接到電話後我儘快地趕來了。現在，我希望你能冷靜下來，這樣我才能做好我的工作。」
“Calm down?! What if your son was in this room right now, would U calm down? If your own son dies now, what will U do?” said the father angrily.
「冷靜？！如果你的兒子現在在這個房間怎麼辦，你會冷靜下來嗎？如果你自己的兒子現在死了，你會做什麼？」孩子的父親氣憤地說。
The doctor smiled again and replied: “I will say what Job said in the Holy Book. “From dust we came and to dust we return, blessed be the name of God.” Doctors cannot prolong lives. Go and intercede for your son. We will do our best by God's grace.”
醫生又笑了笑，回答道：「我會說約伯在聖經中所說的話：「承蒙上天關愛，我們源於塵土也終將歸於塵土。」醫生無法延長生命。去為你的兒子向上帝求情吧，我們將以上帝的恩典盡力而為。」
“Giving advises when we're not concerned is so easy.” Murmured the father.
「當我們不關心時給予建議是如此容易！」孩子的父親喃喃道。
The surgery took some hours after which the doctor went out happy, “Thank goodness! Your son is saved!”
手術花了幾個小時後，醫生走出來，開心地說：「謝天謝地！你的兒子得救了！」
And without waiting for the father's reply, he carried on his way running: “If U have any question, ask the nurse!!”
在沒有等待孩子的父親的回答的情況下，他繼續快跑離開，說道：「如果你有任何疑問，請問護士！」
“Why is he so arrogant? He couldn't wait some minutes so that I ask about my son's state.” Commented the father when seeing the nurse minutes after the doctor left.
「他為什麼這麼傲慢？連幾分鐘都不等，我還想問問他我兒子的情況！」在醫生離開幾分鐘後，他看到護士，向她批評道。
The nurse answered, tears coming down her face: “His son died yesterday in a road accident. He was in the burial when we called him for your son's surgery. And now that he saved your son's life, he left running to finish his son's burial.”
護士回答他，淚水從她的臉上流下來：「他兒子昨天在一次交通事故中去世，當我們打電話給他，請他來為你兒子做手術時，他正在處理他兒子的後事。他既然救了你兒子的生命了，就趕快跑回去完成他兒子的後事。」
